Purchase of a commercial license provides the companies an opportunity to sell physical cookie cutters designed by Minted Prints in online and/or brick-and-mortar shops. Minted Prints retains the copyright for all cookie cutter designs, drawings, images, STLs, 3D models and any likeness of the cutter designs and drawings.
The commercial license is for retail sale of cookie cutters printed from STL files only. The STL files themselves may not be altered, shared, sold, exchanged, or otherwise distributed.
Retail pricing of Minted Prints cookie cutters sold via a commercial license must be priced within 10% of Minted Prints cookie cutter prices. Sales up to 30% off for up to 2 weeks may be held on Minted Prints cookie cutters up to 4 times per year. This allows fair pricing for all retailers selling Minted Prints cookie cutters.
The Standard Commercial License is good for sale of up to 1000 units of one cookie cutter design. One cookie cutter design includes single cutters or puzzle cutters where more than one cutter is designed to fit together to create a larger picture. One cookie cutter design does not apply to bundles of cookie cutters where more than 1 cutter design is grouped with other related cutters and sold as a package; in these cases, one commercial license is required per cutter design included in the bundle.
Please purchase the appropriate number of commercial licenses and email the list of designs to info@minted-prints.com. All STL files for each design will be emailed to you within one week of purchase, or date the list of designs is received, whichever is later.
The way commercial license holders conduct their business reflects on the Minted Prints company and brand. As such, commercial license holders are expected to conduct business ethically and with integrity and kindness at all times. Minted Prints and it's owner(s) reserves the right to terminate a commercial license at their sole discretion.
