Are there any limitations on the number of downloads?
Can I request a design if I don't see it in the shop?
Yes! We regularly request input from Cookie Cutter Lounge members for cutter releases and you will also be able to request up to 3 custom cookie cutters each quarter so you always have what you need (and want!).
Do I get to keep files after cancelling my membership?
Yes! Any files you collect by checkout at www.minted-prints.com will remain in your account order history so you can download them at any time in the future, even if you are no longer a member.
Do images come with the STL files?
Images do come with the STL files. Images are not necessarily formatted for use with edible ink printers but may be used with edible ink printers, for organizing files and for reference when decorating. Images may not be sold or otherwise used commercially outside of cookie decorating.
Can I sell the cookie cutters printed from the STLs, or physical tags from the printable files?
Physical items (i.e. cookie cutters, tags, cards) made from Minted Prints digital files are for personal use and for the purpose of selling cookies. The digital files and cookie cutters made from Minted Prints files may not be sold, shared, traded, exchanged, or otherwise distributed without express written consent from Minted Prints, including for marketing purposes and giveaways.
Are there any minimum requirements?
A month-to-month membership has a 6-month minimum requirement before cancelling. With this offer, the first of the six months is free for the initial sign up. Members download an average of 500 designs in their first 6 months, which is equivalent to a $1500 value.
Biannual (every 6 months) and annual renewals can cancel anytime.
Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes! Your membership will renew automatically so you don't have to worry about suddenly losing access. You will receive an email reminder prior to your renewal.
Do you offer discounts on annual payments?
Yes! We offer a biannual membership term that renews every 6 months and allows you to save 1 month, as well as an annual renewal where you can save 2 months. This promotion of your first month free only applies to initial sign up.
How would I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in your account at www.minted-prints.com. Simply log in, then click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the shop. There will be a button in the account page where you can cancel your subscription when you are ready. If you have any trouble, you can also reach out to us at info@minted-prints.com and we'll be happy to assist.
Please note that month-to-month memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment prior to cancelling.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the membership and products, we do not offer refunds.
