step 01

Sketch

Pen and paper, then digitised. Silhouette first, cutting-edge geometry second.

step 02

Parametric CAD

Fusion 360 model using the standard cutter template. Adjusted per design without breaking the spec.

step 03

Triple-printer test

Test-printed on at least three different consumer printers before listing. Quirks documented.

step 04

Real dough bake-test

Rolled-dough cut and bake on the kitchen counter. If the cookie doesn't release, the design goes back to CAD.
