What cookie cutter sizes are available?
Our original library of 800 cookie cutters consist of 1-3 sizes depending on the design. We are working hard to update these designs so each has 3 sizes: Mini, Small, and Regular. Mini = 2-2.5 inch, Small is 3-3.5 inch, and Regular is 3.5-4 inch.
Our new monthly releases will always come in these three sizes. Larger sizes can also be requested.
Is there a minimum committment?
We do have a minimum 6-month commitment for this membership. The STL Library is valued at over $3000 for the initial 6-month period. Plus, you can try it out for 90 days and if you aren't happy with it, we will refund your money, no questions asked.
I don't see a cutter I need. Can I request a specific design?
Absolutely! We love doing custom requests. Keep in mind we don't do copyright infringement designs, exact copies of designs from other cookie cutter shops, drug paraphernalia, or erotic anatomical designs (cuz I'm a prude). For all other requests, simply email us at info@minted-prints.com and we'll take care of you. Designs can take up to 3 weeks to deliver.
Why are 3D modeling classes included? Am I suppose to make my own STL files?
In The Cookie Cutter Lounge, you never have to create your own STL files. We're happy to create them for you! But we also think it's nice to give you the option of creating your own if you wish to do so. If you don't, that's okay too!
I signed up but haven't received a confirmation email. What do I do?
It can take up to 15 minutes to recieve your confirmation email. Please check your spam folder as well. Still don't see it? Reach out to info@minted-prints.com and we'll get it sorted out.
I'm a member but the discount isn't showing at checkout
Make sure you are logged into the account with the membership. Once you're logged in, if the discount isn't automatically applied, there will be a note at the top of the checkout page containing the discount code that can be applied manually to take your checkout total down to zero. Still not working? Email us at info@minted-prints.com and we'll get it sorted out for you.
How can I cancel my subscription?
After the initial 6-month commitment period, you can cancel your subscription in your account, or email us at info@minted-prints.com and we'll take care of it right away. Easy peasy.
How do I change my billing information?
You can change your billing information in your account at anytime under your membership details. You can also email us at info@minted-prints.com and we'll send you an invitation to update your billing securely.
